Stonybrook Parent Day

Stonybrook hosted Parent Day, where a mom or dad (or grandparent) attend school for the morning, and get to see what they've been learning all year...Grady loved playing with me, and showing me his ability to color, paint, etc. He even made me line up to go to the gym :)
This was circle time, where they discuss the day of the week, the date & weather. I am so grateful for this precious time. And thankful for Poppy because he watched Chase so I could attend :)

The Gang...

Our friend family...Grady's playgroup friends, Emerson, Parker & Cooper have been close pals for 2 years now. They all play really well together, and we never have to break up a fight. They are such a sweet group.
These pictures were taken at Friendship Park

My Crazy Obession...

Chase LOVES cars!!!! He is much more into them than Grady was at this age, and he will just "tinker" with them all day!!! It's very sweet, and a very calming activity for him...Chase yoga :)

Grady's School Birthday!

We celebrated Grady's school birthday on April 19! This was Grady before school! He was VERY excited because Nick was going to school with him that day.
Each kid gets a crown on their birthday, and gets to be the leader for the day :)
The class singing "Happy Birthday" to Grady...getting attention isn't his favorite thing, but Nick said he enjoyed it! He brought colored goldfish as the birthday snack, and overall a great day at school!

Asher's Birthday Party at the Train Depot

Grady's friend, Asher, had his 4th birthday party at the train depot in Worthington. It was really fun for Grady because he loves trains. There were old train cars, and here we were in an actual old dining car. It was pretty cool.
Here is the "train conductor", and Grady thought he was really cool, and even tried to hold his hand. I thought he was reallyl creepy, but to each his own!
This mini train went around the complex, and the whole party, including parents, got to go on the ride. It was the highlight of the party, and we both really enjoyed it!
