Easter Brunch

When we got home from church, the Easter bunny arrived!!

Asher's Birthday Party at the Train Depot

Grady's friend, Asher, had his 4th birthday party at the train depot in Worthington. It was really fun for Grady because he loves trains. There were old train cars, and here we were in an actual old dining car. It was pretty cool.

Here is the "train conductor", and Grady thought he was really cool, and even tried to hold his hand. I thought he was reallyl creepy, but to each his own!

This mini train went around the complex, and the whole party, including parents, got to go on the ride. It was the highlight of the party, and we both really enjoyed it!

Grady's 1st Fishing Trip!

Grady has been asking to go fishing, and Scott called Saturday morning and asked Grady to go...his response, "yes! yay!", followed by laps around the house.

Scott bought Grady his own pole & "fish box"...here Scott his showing Grady the BIG kit! Chase just wanted to hang in the back of the truck. Do I have country boys on my hands??

Scott texted me this picture, and they didn't catch anything, but Grady loved it, and is ready to go again!

Making Easter Eggs!

Grady was VERY excited to get home from dinner and work on his Easter eggs!

We made Cars eggs, and I told Grady the Easter Bunny would take the eggs when he dropped off their baskets...AKA, I will use them to make deviled eggs for Gram's Easter dinner :)

Chase wasn't interested in doing eggs, but he did take the chance to hoard all the cars to himself :)

COSI

Lauren is on maternity leave, and had Samantha & Natalie one day, so we took a trip to COSI (science center). The Kids Space is really fun for smaller kids, and Chase of course loves balls!

Here is Grady & Samantha at the water table...they all REALLY enjoyed it, and got REALLY wet, despite the rain coats. This did inspire a birthday gift for Grady :)

They brought out 2 basketball playing rats, and all 3 kids LOVED watching this! It was pretty neat!

Here is Miss Natalie & me...she was really good, and I carried her until my arm was numb :)
